Home Page From the home page, students and teachers can browse the Museum, Gallery, Portfolio, and ArtSearch. After logging in, teachers are directed to pages where they can create and edit Museum pages and manage student records. Students are directed to pages where they can create and edit Gallery and Portfolio pages. |

Museum
Page The Museum is searchable by collection name and thumbnail image. Each thumbnail image opens a display page as shown. Teachers can add, change, and delete an unlimited number of Museum pages organized by an unlimited number of collection names. |

MyMuseum Teacher's can easily customize ArtSite and manage student records by clicking the links on the left border. |

MyGallery Students become curators of their own art collections. They can browse the ArtSite Museum and write their own description of the art on display (shown here) or create a Gallery page with a new image and description. Gallery pages can be printed for grading or sharing. If the ArtBlog is activated, a text box will appear below the student's writing. Comments are displayed after they are approved by the teacher. The ArtBlog can be turned on and off for each class. |

Portfolio The Portfolio can be searched by academic year, class name, student name, teacher's name, grade level, and media. Teachers can save the best portfolio pages from each year to inspire new students. With MyPortfolio students can add an unlimited number of new pages and change exiting Portfolio pages. |

ArtSearch Giude students to useful websites with ArtSearch, a teacher customized Internet search engine. When Internet access is available, the selected site will open in a second Internet browser window. You can add, change, or delete an unlimited number of web links organized by any number of search categories.
